A. Bowerbanki has the largest polyps of any Acan and are relatively easy to keep in captivity. They should be placed in the lower part of the aquarium or at the bottom, and, should receive low to moderate light and flow.
This species can be aggressive to other corals, but, not nearly as aggressive as it's relative A. Echinata. Be sure to provide them with a little bit of space away from other corals.
A. Bowerbanki grows quite slow, but will enjoy chunky meals such as mysis shrimp, ground krill, and LPS pellets. Of course, you should always maintain proper water parameters by maintaining good calcium, magnesium, and alkalinity levels.
